« Electronic transmission of Medicare, Medicare/Medicaid, Blue Shield, and others.
« Posting of payments to proper accounts with appropriate adjustments.
« Daily deposits to your bank
« Filing of secondary insurance for balance after Medicare and insurance, even for small balances.
« Multiple fee schedules for managed care, Medicare, Medicaid in addition to standard fee.
« Review of Medicare payments for correctness.
« Updating of fee schedules when required.
« End of month reporting regarding accounts receivable records on monthly basis to client and if desired, C.P.A./Consultant.
« Attendance at Medicare, Medicaid special seminars by HLS staff for continuing education.
« All HLS employees are bonded.

« Refund check verification and production.
« In-house collection letters to all patients unpaid after private pay bills or to "Balance after Medicare/Insurance".
